Pixero Privacy Policy

Pixero is a mobile game developed and published by WORDO AI YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ LTD. ŞTİ. ("Wordo Games", "we"), based in Istanbul, Türkiye. This policy explains what data is processed when you play Pixero, why, and what choices you have.

This policy applies only to the Pixero app. The wordo.ai website has its own Privacy Policy.

You can play Pixero without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location, and we do not collect contacts, photos or files from your device.

Depending on how you use the game, the following data may be processed by us or by the service providers listed in this policy:

• Game progress: your levels, heroes, pets, items and settings are stored on your device.
• Google Play Games (optional): if you sign in, your Play Games player ID and display name are used, and your progress is saved to your Google account as a cloud save so you can restore it on another device.
• Purchases: in-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We receive the order details needed to deliver your item (product, order ID, purchase token). We never see or store your card or payment details.
• Advertising: the game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may process your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and how you interact with ads, in order to show, measure and limit ads and prevent fraud.
• Crash and error reports: if the game crashes or hits an error, a technical report is sent to Sentry. It contains the device model, operating system and app version, and the error details. We do not deliberately include any personal identifiers in these reports.

We use this data only for the following purposes:

• To run the game and keep your progress.
• To restore your progress across devices when you use cloud save.
• To deliver the items you buy and handle refunds.
• To show ads that keep the game free to play.
• To find and fix crashes and bugs.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

Where the law requires it — for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalised ads.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your Android settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device). If you buy the Starter Pack, ads between runs are no longer shown; optional ads you choose to watch for rewards stay available.

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the providers below, who process it on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies:

• Google LLC — Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing and Google AdMob (policies.google.com/privacy).
• Functional Software, Inc. — Sentry crash reporting (sentry.io/privacy).

Our providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye, including in the United States and the European Union. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and we rely on the safeguards these providers offer for international transfers.

We keep data only for as long as it is needed:

• Data on your device stays until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.
• Cloud saves stay in your Google account until you delete them.
• Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.
• Purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Pixero is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To delete your game data, clear the app's data or uninstall the game; to delete your cloud save, remove Pixero's data from your Play Games settings. For any other request, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy when the game or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Significant changes will be clearly highlighted on this page.
