We start with a free session of about 45 minutes. You describe the current situation — where the problem is, what the goal is, how flexible the budget and timeline are. We ask questions and test assumptions. By the end of the session, one of three things comes out: a clear project plan, a 'too early' decision, or a recommendation for a different direction. Either way it's a worthwhile conversation — we don't feel obligated to sell you something.
We don't work by the hour. We have a three-tier model — you'll see it below. You pick one based on your need, and we agree on a clear number up front. If scope grows during the project, we'll revisit — but no surprise invoices. Transparency is the foundation of every relationship.
A single session is 45 minutes. Single consultation: 2–3 sessions over 1–2 weeks. Ongoing guidance: one session per week, 3–6 months. Full integration: 1–2 days per week, 6–12 months. Each level runs at its own pace — and each respects your calendar. If you have something urgent, tell us; we adjust the tempo.
You pick one based on the size of your need. All run with the same care; the only difference is how deeply involved we are.
For answering a specific question. Ideal for single-decision questions like 'should we move to MVP?', 'is this technology right for us?', or 'where should we start our first AI project?'
Alongside you through a project. We cover progress in weekly conversations, trade notes in between, and go deep on the critical calls. We're like a team member — but we keep the outside view.
Practically part of your team — we attend meetings, take part in decisions, write code, join product testing. We see problems from inside the organization and solve them with an outside eye. The most intensive and the most impactful format.
